Words Matter

Words carry energy
In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God.
John 1:1

Everyone can learn something from this well-known Bible verse. Outside of the religious overtones, there is a message to be found here for everyone. Everything begins with a word.

Words consist of vibration and sound. It is these vibrations that create the very reality that surrounds us. Words are the creator; the creator of our universe, our lives, our reality. Without words, a thought can never become a reality.

So what is the educational value here? Words (and the thoughts they bring to reality) are our most powerful tool, and certainly we should opt only to use the very best, to manifest our very best reality. Although our thoughts impact what we manifest in our lives, it can be argued that the real power lies within our words. Our words affirm our innermost thoughts. Our words confirm to the world how we see others, ourselves and our lives. With this in mind.. why do we choose to misuse our most powerful asset?

Choose them and use them wisely.

Our generation has become conditioned to talk about our problems. We voice our elucidation of things that happen around us, which manifests existence. In doing so, when we grouse about our lives to others, we are putting negative words (vibrations) out there to become reality. After you’ve said something enough times, those words become truth in not only the minds of others, but yourself as well. Do you really want to tell yourself and every person you know that you are unsuccessful? Miserable? Unlucky? (Apply each of your complaints to this test).

I challenge you to select the words you utter consciously. Improve your self-awareness over the words you choose to use to describe you and your life. Avoid negatives at all cost. Words like ‘can’t’, ‘shouldn’t’ and ‘won’t’ are all words that should be avoided. These words strip your ability to manifest a positive life. You are the creator of your universe and what you say goes. Therefore, if you should catch yourself about to use negative words, regain control and frame your selection of statement to have a more positive impact on your being.

“Words create reality. Keep them positive and they will provide the power to transform the quality of your existence.”
Old Irish Proverb

For example, if you would usually say something such as ‘I haven’t done anything today and I’m unproductive’ then why not turn this into a more positive, constructive statement such as ‘I am in the process of becoming more productive and every day I get more and more efficient with my time and tasks’.

Choose your words (and vibrations) wisely and positively to create a perfect reality.
